Andrew Fischmann

Andrew co-founded AJR Capital Group and leads investor relations and capital formation for the firm. He manages the full lifecycle of investor engagement — from sourcing and onboarding through ongoing communications and relationship stewardship across AJR's network of family office and high-net-worth investors.

His legal training informs AJR's approach to fund structuring, joint venture documentation, and partnership agreements. Andrew holds a JD from UCLA School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from the University of Southern California, graduating cum laude in May 2019.
