Details

AJR acquired a 40K SF industrial building in Buellton, CA, the only municipality in the Santa Ynez Valley with zoning permitting self storage conversion. AJR worked with Omni Design on a conversion plan transforming the building from commercial warehouse to self storage. Upon completion, the facility will deliver a mix of interior and exterior storage units, managed by ExtraSpace Storage under a third-party property management agreement.
