Snowy Storage is a two-story self-storage facility along Commercial Blvd in Juneau, offering convenient drive-up access to Juneau, Thane, Douglas Island, and surrounding areas. The property underwent a comprehensive value-add program including a new roof, security system upgrades, access gate and control panel replacements, interior hallway and unit renovations, and the development of a 7,500 SF outdoor vehicle storage lot.
